It's been a busy week…

at work and the weekend looks busier still. Funeral tomorrow in LaCrosse, a charity performance in St. Paul in the evening. Rehearsal on Friday night, baptism on Saturday afternoon followed by a performance that night. Services on Sunday morning and music on Sunday night. Back to work on Monday. Somewhere in all of that its supposed to be my birthday.

Things like this happen. The art seems to be in making sure that this kind of thing remains what it is, an isolated week where events have merged over and above an emerging lifestyle. Busy is better than bored but life is more important than busy.
